The Shower

Today I went to a wedding shower and to prepare P for my departure, I told him I was going to a shower, he asked me if I smelled.

R had the kids downstairs when I was getting ready. When P came upstairs and saw me in a skirt with my hair done (for once) he stopped in his tracks, looked me up and down and said, 'wow mommy you look really cute.' Then he looked at me again and said, 'mommy that looks like something a lady would wear!!'
